    should i skip a shot?

    Hey, I've been running my cycle of sust and deca . I shoot 2x per week (i know sust should be used more frequently but...) on mondays and thursdays. I wasn't able to get thursdays dose until saturday and today is monday. You think I should go back to my mon/thur or wait a day?

    i missed it due to having to leave town for an emergency and didn't want to fly with any gear. Got home saturday and took dose. So you figure I go keep up the mon/thu schedule?
