arimidex newbie please help,,,,,,,,,,,,

I'm about to embark on a omnadren 250 and propinate cycle. I plan on using 500mg omna weekly and 50mg winny daily for about 5 weeks. then i plan to switch to prop. 100mg for about 4 weeks as it is a fast acting ester and continue it for 4 weeks till the omna 250 leaves my system and then when my last prop. injection wheres off then i should be clean. Thus allowing my natural levels to recover quicker using clomid at end of cycle.My question is that i have 200 .25 arimidex and would like to know should i take them daily while on?? every other day?? or what??and should i continue them for a week or two after the end of cycle?? Also do anavar tabs also suppress your natural test levels. Thought about taking them at 10 mg daily for around 2 weeks after end of cycle. Any responses to cycle set-up or arimidex is much appreciated.

Start by taking one a day and if your not satisfied with the results... bump it up to 2 a day. You have enough

.25 ED might do ya but I will usually run more than that at that dose, say .5mg - yes take ED. and start right at first.
