Injection Probs Again

well here it is ive been having major probs injecting every time i hit my thigh i hit a nerve.so ive gone back to the glute and i hit a blood vessell i decided not to put the pin all the way in i only went 3/4 the way i can now feel a ball of swelling is this due to the fact i shot 3ml or because i didnt go all the way in my needles are an inch long. what do u think.

it your glute you really should use 1' 1/2 pins

In my glute i have always used 1inch and i only put it in 3/4 . Never had any problems , never hit a nerve or vain. Just make sure you inject in your vastus lateralis , right between your hip and knee is the sweet spot baby.

why dont u try ur shoulders bro?? i always do delts and have much less problems than legs and glutes
