I am on my first week of var at 75 mg ED. Pretty much from the first day I started it I have felt wierd. I kind of feel sick/lathargic. I stopped the var for a day and felt back to normal. Took it today and feel funny again. I am going to drop my dosage to 50mg and see if that fixes the problem. I take 50mg in the morning and 25mg at night. But I still want to know what the problem is... any ideas?
you should spilt them throught out the day anyway.. try milk with your tabs..
or protein shake.. you can get stuff off the shelve if it gets bad.. or do like i do.. dart yourself and stop taking tabs

I have never gotten sick off var. Why are you using such a high dose? Var is terribly expensive, and results are great from 40-50 mg/day. I think at 75mg you might be having some diminishing returns and possibly making you feel sick. What brand are you using? Split the doses throughout the day, take before a meal if your stomach gets upset. You want it on an empty stomach to help increase absorbsion, but eating afterwards might help to keep you from getting sick.
so are you saying it would be better to take the var on an empty stomach....

FWIW its cheap :D no im not rich just got a deal. I will drop down to 50 and see how it goes... and it is no brand, its powder

No I don't think so- the majority of people on here that I have read take 40-50mg much above that you will have diminishing returns.Quote:

Its so much better on 50mg ED... It was killing me at 50mg at once. Sorry for my stupidity but what stomach meds should I look into?

So the 50 mgs split into 2 doses has been fine so far?
not fine but ok... I felt it this morning, but it wasnt too annoying. Im going to try split into 3 tomorrow... to get back to 75mg.Quote:
