:)
Don't take CLEN like that. Build up to about 100mcg depending on your BW and then take that everyday for week on week off, or 2weeks on 2weeks off. But clen isn't going to solve your 40lbs problem. Go ahead and burn down every fast food place, learn to eat right, read more on here(in the diet forum), talk to Swoll Cat, and then after about 6 months of hard core training then maybe you can take clen.

Clen works well for some and barely at all for others...
Don't expect miracles from it, but it can help... You
need to focus on your diet more then anything else...
cardio is great, but honestly I hate doing cardio and
I'm burning BF% off now without doing hardly any...
Diet is the key along with weight training to maintain
muscle mass while dieting and a few extras like Clen
can only help...

Clen is not the answer. Diet and cardio are the key. Clen should be an aid when your at a plateau in your diet. The weight a woman gains during pregnancy usually comes off fairly easy, unless it has been some time since the birth. The longer you wait the harder it will be. Being that your a vegetarian, I would say that cardio is the key factor here. When and if you want an aid, use something like Stacker II with Vasopro. That has the Ephedrine HCL in it which is just as, if not more, effective as Ephedra.
For more serious replies than the consensus of crap here, you should go to the womens forum, if there is one here. If not, find a site that has one and talk with your peers.

impatience is dangerous.
high intensity interval training every other day + a healthy calorie controlled diet = an attractive and more importantly, healthy physique.
good luck and congratulations on the baby,
weights.

when my wife had our baby she breast fed for a year and her weight dropped off quick, for every pound the baby gained she lost two.

Man, some of you guys are a little out of line on this one. Remember it wasn't so long ago that many of you didn't even know what clen was. We are here to help....not flame and scare off new members........Well, some off them need to be flamed, but she had a legit question...................JMO
