IMO Bulking = no cardio dieting = lots of cardio
But if your gonna do it anyway's then 3 times a week max.JMO
I agree with mallet, no cardio while trying to bulk up. It defeats the purpose.

when i'm on a bulk i do upper body two days and lower body two a week and 30 mins of cardo on the other day.. normally weds and that's all the cardo i do... now off cycle i work two body parts a day
I usually do 20 mins 3 days a week at a slow pace even if I'm bulking, just to stay fit and healthy.

If you notice yourself gaining/holding too much water/fat, I'd recommend doing LITE cardio once or twice a week. If not, I'd have to stick w/mallet.
