Eveyone says to do 400mg of deca and 500mg of tes. Is 500 mg of tes to much to do in one shot. Seems like my ass would never have time to heal.

Yes split the deca and test up so it is 2 shots a week therefore each shot will contain 200mg of deca and 250mg of test ,also rotate the inj sites to keep scar tissue limited

What dosage is your gear like the deca is it 100mg/ml and the test 250mg/ml?

I have the norma deca and it is 2ml. 200mg's I havent got the tes yet

4mg of norma dec will not hurt, u could try 2mg dec and 250 test
in 1 barrel 2 times a week
