HCG, how do you mix the powder and water?

I received my "Pregnyl" HCG today. I have a few question regardings its use.

How do you exactly mix the powder and the 1ml solvent? Can someone get me a link with this instructions, please?

Also, how do you measure 3,000iu from a 5,000iu ampule? How is that measured in ml injections?

Let me know dudes. This may seem quite simple, but I haven't enjoyed a good how-to read lately about this!

if your amp is 5000iu,you best bet is to get some bacteriostatic water and add 10 ml to it in a sterile sealed vial.this will give you 500 mg/ml. you can go 500 iu for 10 days.
a 3000-5000 shot could raise you estrogen to high and gyno could be a symptom.
are you using it mid cycle, or with pct?

I have not started my cycle yet, but need guidance with this. This seems the most difficult part of all the steroid adventure.

But where do I buy bacteriostatic water for a 10ml vial?

Can this be done in a simpler way with what I have? Just the amps (solvent and powder and then put it in the fridge?)

yes you can,mix the water in the amp and you will a 5000 iu shot. this means that you will have to take very small shots*(they wont be accurate) and refridge and repin after every shot.

devide the amount of hcg in the syringe into 5 parts and shoot 3 parts.its going to be tough to get it accurate though.
