First clen tab.. no effect?

ok i just got me some clen tabs and ive taken one today with amino acid tabs and thermo red tabs.. only additional was clen tab.. and i dont feel any effect... no heat nor thirst or trembling of hands and such.. hows it work? lol this sux..

20mcg is a very low dose for a full grown male, but it's good to start slow and find your sweet spot. Do a search and fond out what spiros contain dosewise.
