Test/Winny Cycle Help

Bros, my friend is fixing to do a test/winny cycle. He is planning on doing 250mg of Test E for 10 wks and winny EOD weeks 7-12. Do you guys think he should up the test to 500mg a week. He will do proper pct, but how much nolvadex should he take throughout?? Oh yea, he is about 5'9 180 to 190lbs. Thanks guys!

250mg test enan e4d for 10 wks and run winny 50mg....run nolva 10mg ed thruout. Start pct 1 day after last winny does.

Winny is hard on the joints so he needs to start glucosamine from the start of his cycle and run it thruout as well...it takes about 6 wks to kick in.

what is glucosamine and where would he get it?? also do u recommend any liver protection??

its for the joints bro, gnc if all else fails. yes liver protection is fine, milk thistle.
