oral only is a real bad Idea. you dont get as good gains and you really **** kick your liver and kidneys.
for me ony the first shot was scary. now there is nothing to it. if I were you I would go to injectables. better results and wont trass ya nearly as much. pluss, the needles become fun after a while

id be more afraid of long term liver damage than _any_ needle.
