How long after my cycle should I wait to use Clen/T3/keto to cut? This was more of a lean gaining cycle for me. I have read that I should wait until after finishing my PCT to start cutting. And others have said to start cutting when starting my PCT because it was not a bulking cycle. So, thoughts would be helpful. As I would like a direct situation relevant answer and not a do more research, because I have and that is why I am asking. I am also wanting to get ripped by the end of June if possible.
-My cylce ends in just over two weeks.
I am 33, about 16% BF and I hit the gym 6x's/wk.
M-Chest
T-Back
W-Hamstrings/calves
TH-Biceps/triceps
F-Shoulders
S-Quads/calves again
Cardio----Before my cycle I was doing 30-45 minutes rowing in the morning with only a PWO drink so I did not go catabolic. Then after weights in the evening I was doing another 30-45 min of treadmill or stair climber while controlling my heart rate.
I am not against modifying the routine, I just am unable to run/ long story. So I don't mind adding in swimming or other methods as well.
I want to get in the best shape I have ever been in. Plus my girlfriend will not have seen me in 3 months by that time. So I would like to really surprise her...
