Monday: 1 shot of deca, and 1 shot of test.
Thursday: 1 shot of deca, and 1 shot of test.

I'm too small for spot injections just yet, where can I shoot for now? I was gonna shoot in my ass but for instance on monday: 1 shot in one cheek, and 1 shot in the other...now what do I do for thursday?
