Getting In Shape
IVE BEEN RELATIVELY OUT OF SHAPE FOR ABOUT 3 OR 4 MONTHS ALREADY.. MY QUESTION IS IF I SHOULD GET IN SOME DECENT SHAPE BEFORE I START MY CYCLE- OR SHOULD I JUST GO INTO IT? :spudnikfo

Yer Thats What Ive Been Doing For The Past Week Or So Me And A Couple Of My Buddies Have Been Playing Football For About 2 Hours A Day I Find That I Dont Get As Bored As If I Were To Jog And Then Work Out.. So We Hit The Gym During The Afternoon And Then Ball..should I Stick To That Rotuine Or Just Work Out And Cut The Football?

def. get in shape..I think steriods should be used when you have reached your physical peak,,,then the use of steriods will give you some great results...

Real food is better for bulking. The only shakes im going to be taking are my PWO with dextrose and maltodextrin and my shake when i piss in the middle of the night

Judging by all the info you gave us bro, you aren't even in sight of being ready for AAS. Put at least a year or two in the gym, fix your diet before going on AAS not just during it, this will take time to perfect. Don't rush into AAS you'll just hurt yourself in the long run. What are your stats anyway...
