Dnp Question?

Hey I was just wondering about how much DNP and how long would you guys recomend for me?

I am about 175-185lbs... not really sure had a flood recently and my scale was electric so

BF% is a bit high for my liking wanna get rid of it before cycle to little time to do it natural I need a little help?

Personally...I wouldn't touch DNP with a ten foot pole...too risky...You consider an ECA and/or Clen w/ T3? That's more to my liking, but you should still expect to lose a lot of muscle along w/ the fat...

I dont have allot of muscle to lose bro and I thought Clen was slightly anabolic?

I was thinking about T3 and Clen but not allot of time to drop BF before Cycle but im thinking about giving up on DNP allot of bad things

The muscle loss would mainly come from the T3, but anytime you're in a caloric deficit, you'll always be losing muscle along w/ fat. I actually know some people who won't even use fat burners like clen or ECA unless they're on cycle to avoid any muscle loss...

I was thinking of using it in a cycle but when I said it in a post but people said there is no point.... I think im gonna do it anyway I have heard of allot of people doing it and I dont feel like losing muscle

you'd be better off with diet and cardio, eca, clen, t3, then as a last resort dnp. and those are in order you should work them.

did the diet and cardio but I have an under active thyroid so doesnt help much done eca helped a little not enough and I am thinking Clen and T3 and wanted to ask about DNP in case it was better to use but I guess not thanks bros you stopped me from making a bi mistake
