I have no idea where I should post this so I'll just do it here. I'm on cycle right now and my ligaments in my elbows are hurting like crazy! I did one set of preacher curls then gave up and tried to do shoulders, then quit halfway through that. Whats the fastest way to heal them up? I know that sounds stupid but I don't want to wait until the end of my cycle to start lifting heavy again! I thought it was my joints so I went to go pick up some glucosamine but the pharmasist told me if I didn't feel my joints grinding alittle then its probably my ligaments and I should take ibprofen every 4 hours. Well I picked up some of that. Does anyone with experience in regards to this have any other suggestions?
