Is it correct that both Clomid and HCG will do little to raise natural testosterone while on cycle and that Clomid can act as an anti-estrogen while on cycle?

The primary question is this: Do you get super human ejaculation when you take Clomid during the cycle? Or, do you only get that effect from Clomid when using post cycle?
