    Fellas what's up with this M1T I understand with a eca stack its great for cutting and losing weight .Need some feed back on this help me out.What is a good MRP to take with this to lose about 30 pounds .And what's the best way to take both morning afternoon what's up?

    Slow down bro...Simplify your question , get answers to one at a time . There are hundreds of MRP's on the market with different ratio's of fats,carbs,proteins. So it all depends on your goal. What I like in a MRP is a biased opinion since its tailored for myself. But most will have all the good vitamins,minerals & protein. Personally, I like ones that have some EFA's & MCT oils. MRP's in themselves do not make you lose weight..

    To fast ha bluethunder just looking for some info on M1T and the best way to use it with a MRP, better? I've been looking at some of the responds on M1T from other sites,just a little confused on the route to take with this M1T.Any help would be good.

    Donnie, get to the right forum bro. M1T is a pro-hormone, check out the M1T FAQ in the supplement forum. Has all the info you need to know about M1T. There are about a million threads in the supp forum in regards to this, just use the search button.

    Loosing 30 lbs? Well MRP or protein shakes, etc... unless you are on a drastic low carb diet, the protein shakes will not help you loose weight. Steroids have a tendancy to gain weight and steroids DO gain fat along with muscle. M1T gains less fat then deca but its possible to gain fat with the M1T. People with weight/fat problems tend to be the ones that gain MORE fat then others. Also if you take soy based protein, drink beer or consume hops in any way, there are a variety of herbs that produce large amounts of estrogen in your body and these can be counter productive when you want to loose weight.

    I would just do cardio and check diet, avoid all steroids and prohormones if you are in a situation where you need to loose 30 lbs. Thats a lot of weight to loose, hard to do and hard to keep off. Concentrate on traditional weight loss methods and also good to see a doctor and get physical and discuss your weight loss strategy with him before starting.
