i might be a dummy but im gonna answer this---i have a pair of the shoes with the box and video---i think they are size ten. im willing to part with them if you would like them.

From the clinical studies I have read they arent worth much.. Doing hardcore squat/ powerclean workouts will increase your speed just as much and even more..... Im a 100m sprinter in college so I have tried everything and I will have to agree with the studies

i've been using them for a few weeks. i feel like they are really building up my calfs personally, but we'll see if they helped at all durning track season this spring
