hey guys i have a friend who is 30yrs old, 5'9" 185lbs at about a 9% body fat... we were talking today and he wants to jump onto a cycle.. hes done deca and test a couple of times when he was younger.. his goals are to only gain a couple mor lbs but to get more solid and shredded..i personally think hes a solid looking dude but he can work on being a little more cut id say.. my question is..which stuff would you recommend him going onto? if you just throw out some names of gear reccommended i can research how long and how much...thanks
