Advice please!
Is there any recomended first cycle, for leaner, gradual gains that i will keep after i get off...i dont want to gain 20 and lose 15. what stack is recomended?

do a straight test only cycle, and do correct pct and you should keep most of your gains. Do some research on the front page of the site, they give example cycles.

You could do a Test/EQ Cycle. EQ gives slow/quality gains so that is what you are probably looking for. Just remember, you're diet and cardio is going to determine how good of quality your gains will be. If you eat and train like ****, you'll look like ****. Anyways here's what I'd recommend..
1-13 Test E @ 500mg wk (every 3.5 days)
1-12 EQ @ 400mg (every 3.5 days)
1-15 Nolva @ 10mg ED
1-15 Femara @ 1.25mg EOD
16-18 Nolva @ 20mg ED
16-18 Clomid @ 100mg ED

Madlean, are you already mad lean right now? If so some winnie wouldn't hurt on the end. Test E @500mg EW shot Mon and Thu for 12 weeks. Winnie @50mg ED weeks 11-14. Start PCT week 15 the day after your last winnie dosage. Run CLomid for PCT. Check out Pheedno's thread on PCT in the PCT forum if you need to brush up on that.

To answer your question...I am lean always have been. But i wanna get bigger without blowing up out of control and looking ridiculous i would rather do several gradual cycles over the next few years than doing one and blowing up with stretch marks simulating a roadmap...is this possible with 500mg prop and some winnie or am i way off?...thanks for your help
