Testosterone Cyclodextrin—A recent study in a small number of hypogonadal men for 7 days suggests that 2.5 mg or 5.0 mg TID appears to be the appropriate dose for androgen replacement. Studies in hypogonadal men (age range 22 to 60 years) demonstrate that the 5 mg dose produces peak testosterone concentrations of about 1,400 ng/dL within 60 minutes after administration, and the nadir is reached at 360 minutes on average.41 The profiles of estradiol and DHT parallel those for testosterone. When 5 mg of testosterone cyclodextrin was administered three times per day, there was a small reduction in serum HDL without adverse profiles for liver function tests, or changes in hematocrit, blood pressure, or gynecomastia, and sexual activity benefited. Serum testosterone concentrations would be expected to be subnormal during the night and within about 3 hours following administration of a dose. This preparation has not been marketed yet, but may be in the near future.

I am taking 10 times the dosage for this therapy per dose at 5 times a day. I also did it with boldenone (EQ) which they will never do because there is no medical benefit for it.

Yes but they are using a cyclo group to improve oral bioavailability, so you can't really compare the doses in terms of mg.

Well I was being sarcastic about the idea they stole it from me. I was just glad that there was some study on it, made me feel more confident I wasnt wasting time or money. If you read the thread you see I quoted Dazed and gave him credit.

this idea is like 20+ years old... the TD patch technology even older (just poor market decisions from big pharma)... even among these circles its more than 6yrs...

though ideas and actions are separate entities..

I know I didnt invent it, actually I got the idea from IP. I just never knew of any homebrewers doing it.

actually a lot of the supp companies have toyed with this and PH, but failed due to poor quality control and materials. also due to near zero understanding of the technology.
