few question on cycle I am on... please answer!
I am on prop50mged----350mg a week
liquadex 0.25mg ed
t-3 150 mcg ed
clen100mcg ed (twoweeks on/two weeks off eca)
anyways. I started 211 on tuesday last week now I am 204.8lbs. that sounds decend but I bean 204.8 for three days now. I am wondering why? I want to go now to 185lbs but this has slowed me down. diet hasn't changed/workout hasn't changed. I am thinking that the prop is kicking in but that would defeat my purpose I only took prop so it would slow down muscle catabolism.
1. should I lower the prop dosage or even stop using it.
2.is ibe t-3 fake?
3.should I do two cardio a day?
4.can't change the diet I only eat 1800cals

You dropped your water weight initially, and have slowed. You need to focus on your cardio and diet, and keep at it.
Personally, I think it's best to lose what you can without the Clen & T3 at first, then once fat loss slows kick in the supps.

yeh but I am on the **** right now? I have experienced t-3 before and loved the **** lost 30lbs on it but I am a little sceptic about ibe liquids!
