when do you get the squirt?

does blood shoot out only after you have gone in and out of a vein? ive heard some insane stories about dudes havin blood squirt like a foot and a half. im just curious about exactly what happens to cause this.

blood flow comes from blood vessels. If you nick or go thru you get blood. The larger the vessel the more blod comes out - sometimes squirting out. If you get luck and inject perfect you will get almost no visible blood at all. Ive inject several time where there was absolutely no blood at all - none. It kind of surpises me but it happens.

I get a "perfect" or near perfect injection about 25% of the time. the other 50% I get a very little bit of blood, and the other 25% ill hit a vessel and get a very small trickle that stops very quickly but indicates I hit something.

Only once have I got blood on my aspiration. I am very carefull to avoid the areas of high probablity of a vessel

you should be doing Z-track injections

Yeah ive had a few of those accidents. They're not excatly the nicest occasions to attend

here's another one: had blood shoot out of my shoulder about 5 feet one time. it would have medaled if it were an olympic sport.

Happend to me this morning. Kind of freaked me out, since was the first time it ever happend to me. Blood squirted out of me allmost 4 feet!

my g/f jabbed me once and it felf ok i was just say "you can do that again" when she pulled out the pin and blood shot out and hit her in the face! she said she throught she killed me!
