The only stupid question is one that doesn't get asked, Right?
When people refer to back pumps while doing dbol, does that mean back pain? I hear peole say that back pumps suck. Please enlighten me. thanks![]()

its more like cramps, the muscle gets real tight and pumps up with blood. dbol pumps are terrible for me. cardio is almost impossible because my calves and shins swell and cramp real bad.
I havn't used Dbol yet but from what i understand - it's more around the kidney region and has a cramping feeling.....![]()
Again - i havn't done Dbol yet - so don't take my word for it.

I did them for a few weeks and stopped...... no more pain.
