when to take D-bol & antis

my orlas for my next cycle are D-bol Nolva & proviron

30mg D-bol

50mg Proviron

20mg Nolva

but when the best time to take them i heard the the nolva & proviron are the first thing in the morning & is it better to take all the 30mg D-bol at once or not

Not to sure on the proviron but everything else looks fine. From what I have read the proviron, it is fine also..

You need to use the nolva at 10mg ED throughout cycle and increase to 20mg ED during PCT with clomid...

no i dont think the nolva is a good choice for the pct because i dont want any estrogen rebound from the nolva

I think you are a little confused Nolva is a must IMO. Read Pheedno's PCT in the PCT forum it will enlighten(sp) you...

split the d bol up throughout day 10 mg every 4 hours.

Yep. And split up the proviron. 1 at breakfast and 1 at supper. I prefer nolva before bed.
