Before next spring I want to cut waaaay down. I'll prolly do a Keto diet or some variation because I do really well with those. But I don't want to lose muscle so what's the lowest dosage of prop I could use to keep myself from going catabolic while taking in very little in the way of calories? I'll keep the protein through the roof, but cals very, very low.
I have an untouched 30ml bottle of 100 mg / ml prop. I'm wondering if that will be enough to get me through something like this or will I need more.
