Sup fellas,
Been gone a while but now I am back with a vengence. I split with my ex for who knows what reason besides she is crazy like them all, now I want her to see what she is going to be missing. I have aways had motivation b4 but now theres a little extra, which cant hurt. Heres what I have to go with and let me know some ways of taking it. My goals are to lean out while adding on some muscle. I am 5'9 195lbs with 15% bodyfat using the Tanita fat scanner. Hope to have pics up soon. Thanks for the help

you might as well use allyour test up if you do that cycle you still have 10mls left so you might as well bump the test up to 750mgs a week. alot of people will tell you to save it , but thats not the way i think. if its there, use it.
