Sleep Problem (Help)
Currently on Week 5 of a 14 week cycle.
Test Ent 250mg E3.5D
QV Dbol 40mg ED
-- I have recently began to feel the test kick in big time...it took a while but it is def in full swing now...The problem is that I am having a really hard time sleeping. What should I do...sleep is absoultely crucial to making big gains...later

dbol keeps me up at night too. it sucks because i have to train in the morning and sometimes i am so tired. gaba and tylenol pm help. try the gaba and see how it works for you.

id UP the TEST to at least 500 and stop the Dbol at 4 weeks max. I sleep better on higer test doses.

yea the tylenol PM seems to be working ok for me for now...i am getting a good amount of sleep now...as for the dbol ...i am running it 6 weeks ( i know its liver toxic and shouldnt run it more than 4 but i am pushing it to 6 with a large amount of milk thistle every day (almost 2 g's a day.)
