    Oh no I thought this was another post w/ the famous question. lol
    As far as your question: A drink once in awhile won't kill you but I try not to. I had 2 drinks last night and I'm on right now. But I won't have any when I start Winny in 2 weeks.

    If you drink the winny makesure it is a litre a day and I find 20 barrells of beer wash it down nicely followed by my high protein diet of JD and egg whites.

    (Kids don,t try this at home,we have had many years of exp and are trained pro,s)
