out of curiousity i was speaking to an emergency medicine doctor who ran an emergency room (A&E in the UK). he said that 'moon face' is not just to do with water retention and there are some other factor involved, and he implied that its not known why cortico and AA steroids cause this moon face.

anyone offer any insight in to this?

Over time, isn't it Test that plays a part too?-- masculine guys with high test = square jaw..

That would seem to be permanent, but then, not sure if a cycle of 12 weeks or so will make a noticeable long term difference.
