This is what I had in mind almost a year ago. I am 24, diet is rough right now but I am working on it. As far as gains go I have been working out on and off I have been slacking alot recently due to opening up my business but now that it is stable I am getting back into it. The cycle above got many different opinions I was told by many that it is to much for a first cycle. A friend told me to do a deca/tes cycle.
