Hey what's up everyone? If someone could tell me what would be best. I am 25 5'7" 200lbs and have 20% body fat. I have been busting my ass for the past 2 years in the gym. I have a very healthy diet high in protein. Daily protein is about 200 to 250. My carbs. are low to medium. Fat is always low. I am thinking about starting a cycle of Deca and Winny. I am thinking about running Deca about 200mg's a week. And runing the Winny about 100 to 200mgs a week for 10 weeks. Well if someone could help me out.
