    B-12 dosage

    Im 18 years old 120lbs having trouble gaining weight.I went and bought some b-12 dots that you stick under your tongue and they dissolve they are 500mcg.I need to know how many to take and when to take them. need help thanks

    Try asking the supplement forum. I'll tell you how much d-bol to take if you want. Wo, nevermind. You're too young. Stick to the diet, workout, and supplement forum.
