I think that usually if you have to ask that question, you might as well go. As long as you have insurance, all you have to worry about is the copay, so you might as well. It is probably something that can be dealt with tomorrow, but who knows

what kind of, and where is the pain. is it a muscle or does it feel deep inside. Take your right hand and try to shove your fingers under the right side of ribb cage. if that hurts could be the liver. kidneys are lower back. If you really have any doubt go to the doc. is it maby just a pulled muscle agervated by breathing?

if it's your upper back,i'd say it was a pulled muscle. d-bol usually hits the lower back aroung the kidneys. Take a anti-inflamatory(vioxx kicks butt) or lots of ibprofen. If it's still really bad tomorrow go see your doc.
