    food while on gear

How much proteins do you get for your BW. How much proteins for each meal. Are 70 g proteins 7xD not too much for a meal (BW 200 lds) ?

Mine is now (dia + cypio + deca) :
    60 g for breakfast (7 eggwhites, one whole egg, 30 g whey)
60 g for pre wo meal (30 g caseine, oats, glutamine)
    40 g for pwo meal (30 g whey, BCAAs)
60 g for lunch (meat, soybean)
60 g for afternoon snack (30 g caseine, oats, glutamine)
    60 g for dinner (fish)
for nearly 200 lbs. I'd like to get more, but when ?

1-2 grams x bodyweight, depending on your intensity, if you're lifting heavy and if you're on the gear.

try to eat as much as you can, however you can, with protein in all meals if you are concerned about getting in a lot of protein, add stuff to make it taste better so you can consume large amounts

I don't know if there is truth to this but I have read that anything over 2g per pound of bw is not going to help you any. Your body can only process and use so much protein. I am not saying I believe this as fact, I have read it however.
