No most delivery companies will just leave it at your door. At least they do in my area.

It can be sent either way. Most sources don't require a signature once they send it they don't want it to trace back to them.

yeah, it can be waived as well, it all depends on what package you get, you can get it there quickly with nothing but delivery conformation added on
