and let me share some info about those last 2-3 reps that's all i did last workout... kev on bad days.like i had today i just kill myself.. i mean like another half hour of hard lefting what every body parts i'm working that day .. not to long ago i went back on cycle and then i just keep it simple two days upper two days lower abs ed and one day of cardo for 30 mins not including warm up and cool down, but i just do that on bulk, cut as you know is alot different...
