Left glute troubles
I was having a hard @ss time poking my left glute. Every which way I tried to twist felt uncomfortable and I didn't think I could poke left handed cause I wouldn't really be able to apply pressure (i use a 25 gauge needle so I have to push pretty hard). Anybody got any advice?

That muscle must be relaxed. If you stick a flexed muscle......ouch,it will bruise and be tender for a while.
Also the left hand technique is really easy to master!

use a mirror, so you dont have to twist so much, thats what i do and it works fine.

or just switch it up and inject in your quads...much easier IMO.
