Ive been hitting my chest hard these past few months and for some reason my infraspinatus(next to my posterior delt) has been getting tighter and tighter. five days ago the pain in them started to get unbearable and i had to stop my workout. since then they start to throb whenever i put any wieght on them so i havnt been to gym and they seam to have gotten alot better but theres still a niggling pain there
Has anyone got any idea how long this should take to sort out? im now entering week 4 of my cycle and dont want to miss out on any more lifting!!!
