sustanon at 250 eod

Their was a post a few days back on using sust at 250mg every other day.
I was wondering if that would be to much for a secong cycle. I've heard the results are tremedous. Also since the esters are all differant would using 1000 of sust a week be the same as using a single ester at 1000 a week.
