B-12 vs. B-Complex injectables
Here is my question. What is the difference between B-12 and B-Complex injectables? do you need both in your cycle? here is what I know about B-12, its increases energy and apetite and is taken 500mcg IM twice daily. I dont know anything about B-Complex except it burns Sub-Q. I just started my cycle and wanted to add B-12.

I shoot B-Complex IM once a day. It has 1000mcg of B12, 12.5 mg B1, 5.0mg B6, and 5.0mg of B5. All of these B vitamins are importiant when lifting and cycling. B5 is a great preventitive for acne on your back and shoulders caused from Testosterone .
