I heard that Valium redues cortisol. So would if that's true would it be good to take maybe on your rest days?

um well I have read that benzos flush cortisol out of your blood.
You do know there habit forming and if one is to become addicted
it would be a big pain #$#@ to come off and stay off.

Very True Bro! Like Jeff01 said, be careful. I used them before and a great way to avoid any trouble is to go 2 days on / 2 days off... most benzo's are good for that also...
