I can't stand it, I feel bloated all the time. One night I drank about three beers (over the 4th of july) and I felt really **** bloated, had to unbuckle my pants, lol. Just wondering how long after a Test E cycle does the waterweight come off?

All my family was here from cali so I only had a few beers, really nursed them though, I'd say in an 8 hour period I only had three.Originally Posted by Jantzen4k
Also I've been running nolva at 10mgs a day, gonna increase it during pct(clomid starts in a wk) to 20mgs

i dont blame you for drinkin a few beers every now and then.......i think its ok as long as u keep it in moderation and only do it every now and then......good luck with getting the water off...........

Water weight/water bloat comes from ESTROGEN not testosterone. One thing about beer is the hops will cause heavily increased conversion of testosterone to estrogen and probably aggrevated the situation.Originally Posted by NaturalBuff
Water bloat starts coming down when the estrogen does, this is sometimes 2 to 6 weeks after PCT starts.
