Hey guy i've currently finished my first cycle but got nothing but side effects...
first i start with my stats im 5'6-5'7 137lbs

i started a 10 week cycle of T400 and Deca
i ran the T400 at 400mg per week split into 2 shots mon's and thur's
deca at 400mg per week split the same
i've finished and gotten no gains or size other than a lbs or 2 in weight and few lbs on my sets... my buddy got the same exact gear and he blew up
my dieting is another factor i thought i had a great diet going on 2.0grams of protein per lb of bodyweight and no fast food or sodas ect....
my partner had no concept of dieting and still had massive gains
and lastly my training intenisty... which i thought was way better than normal allthough it was hard to stay motivated not seeing any results...
we currently work out 5days a week....
any help on what went wrong?
