    I think I'm good....

I think I know everything, but how can I be so sure? I want to know every little thing there is to know about A.S.

You will never know everything. You will learn something new everyday of your life unless you choose not to.

Oh yeah, you better believe it. But I mean in the meantime, like if I am intelligent about A.S. enough to do a cycle...

You might be intelligent enough, but from your previous posts, at your nutritional and training knowledge, and also at your current weight, you are nowhere near ready.

Well, I'd say lay out a cycle that you think you might run and see what people say. If you don't get much heat for what you think will work than you are good to go. If you do get heat for it then it's back to the drawing table. Take what you're told and go research more. That's what I think atleast.

A whole other factor to consider. I'm not as familiar with yourself as AandF.

Well, then now you just have to consider what AandF is saying. If he's accurate he is 100% correct.

Yikes. Work on the most important factors first (diet, training, lifestyle). Otherwise you'll be sadly disappointed. How old are you?

How on earth can anyone over 11yrs old get big on this? For a 19 year old male, that's practically to a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet - 1100 calories). At 19, 1500 calories barely fuels your metabolism and allows for locomotion (unless you're bed ridden), in other words you shouldn't even go that low to lose weight, where will your energy come from? Sounds like you pulled that number out of the air.

intelligence on a subject has nothing to do with your readiness to actually complete the task...especially in this case when there are so many other factors considered...i just read your other post and I would say you are probablly not yet ready...but just my .02...my hunch is you will do what you want to regardless of what anyone here says...

Holy sh*T! 1500 cal a day?? You need to have that down by lunchtime!
Seriously Jerzey listen to the above advice - you need the desire and commitiment to follow through on a well thought out plan of training and diet.
The aas are not "magic" - you still have to put the work in. When you get all of the above in place then maybe its time to consider a cycle.....
