How on earth can anyone over 11yrs old get big on this? For a 19 year old male, that's practically to a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet - 1100 calories). At 19, 1500 calories barely fuels your metabolism and allows for locomotion (unless you're bed ridden), in other words you shouldn't even go that low to lose weight, where will your energy come from? Sounds like you pulled that number out of the air.

Seriously Jerzey listen to the above advice - you need the desire and commitiment to follow through on a well thought out plan of training and diet.
The aas are not "magic" - you still have to put the work in. When you get all of the above in place then maybe its time to consider a cycle.....
