i'm taking 500 mg/week of omnadren for 12 wks and 35 mg of d-bol for 4 wks. I already have milk thistle, and flax seed oil. Obviously i need a good protein powder, any suggestions. could i use creatine? And what's the best multivitamin? I have some centrum could I use that?

You need a multi vit EVERY DAY of your life. Especially when on cycle. A good test of wether your multi is any good is to put one in vinegar and see how long it takes to disolve. Under 5 minutes and it's good. Over and it's questionable.

glutamine - 10-20mg/ed throughout the cycle and post cycle
creatine - start when you start clomid, it will help maintain gains
also you might want to look into cranberry extract for kidneys and possibley saw palmetto.

Saw Palmetto helps with prostate health and can help reduce hairloss a little bit. Take finasteride at 1mg ED if youre prone to hairloss.

Glutamine is also an amino acid. One function of glutamine is to maintain the health of the intestinal tract so that the liver will be properly nourished. The intestinal tract is where nutrients are absorbed. Glutamine, along with NAC, helps to support the production of glutathione, which helps with liver detoxification. Since glutamine is an amino acid, individuals on protein restricted diets due to advanced liver disease should not take this supplement as it will be counted as part of your daily protein intake.

F*ck yeah, glutamine helps with preventing catabolism and speeding recovery. amino acids by the way are what makes up protein.
thats what we consume to build muscle right??
