is it ok to mix B12 with susta shot or it will mess up the susta i heard before whe mixing B12 with a painful injection like prop or susta it give a pain free shot what do you think?

its ok to do, meaning it wont hurt the sust at all. but i dont know why you would want to do it. sust dosnt hurt that bad. id only do it with something like t-400.

by the way i have another question is there a way to use HGH & not to mess up the insulin in your blood (not to be a diabetec)?
