    You inject into the glute?right. And do you use a insl pin or a gear pin???

    Sub=under, cutaneous=skin.

    Just like shooting B-12 or slin. Pinch the loose skin of your abdomen, and inject into the pinch.

    Some say its good to go IM.... I shoot HCG IM.
    But FWIW I have done both ways and cant see any difference
