hey whats up..........i was either gonna run 500mg sust or 400mg dec a week
im 5"10 182 looking 4 size and strength. Can't really make up my mind
Was also maybe thinkin because can get deca sonner too maybe go
ec 400mg week 1-3
ec 400mg + sust250mg week 4&5
finish up on 500 mg sust week 6-8
I've heard of buddies gettin good gains off a ml a week of sust(250mg obviously) but do not want to waste gear( i would actually rather start at this and go to the dec and sust for next cycle, but like i said DONT want to waste time, gear, and sides 4 nothin)
Been workin out off on last 7 years but hard last 1.5 years
Would u notice alot more of a cutting effect from dec?
im sure both togther is better, but want to kinda tread lightly first time
(i take between 200 and 300 grams protein a day which i understand is essential with deca...more the better......is it same with sust......jst curious
and 10 g of glutamine before bed)
p.s ive read descriptions many times which are the same thing pasted over and over on dif sites and would like some real educated input
